Tap Genieus ("we", "us") operates a phygital identity platform for businesses and agencies. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our apps, dashboards, NFC products, and related services.

Data we collect

• Account data, name, email, company, role, and authentication details.
• Workspace content, profiles, media, campaigns, leads, events, and settings you create.
• Product & NFC data, device UIDs, serials, destinations, assignment history, and tap/scan telemetry.
• Usage analytics, product interactions, feature usage, and approximate location derived from redirects where enabled.

Cookies & similar tech

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember workspace preferences. Optional analytics cookies help us understand product performance. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser or account preferences where available.

NFC & product data

When someone taps an NFC card, band, or display, we may record the tap time, product identifier, destination opened, and coarse device/browser metadata. Agencies and workspace admins can access aggregated and per-product analytics for assets they own. We do not sell tap-level personal data.

How we use data

We use information to operate the platform, provision redirects, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Processors acting on our behalf are bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data subject to retention needed for security, billing, or legal compliance. Workspace owners control teammate access and product assignments.
