Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Tap Genieus's software, NFC hardware integrations, and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your workspace. Agency accounts may manage multiple client workspaces; each client's content remains subject to applicable laws and these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tap Genieus for spam, phishing, malware distribution, unlawful redirects, or content that infringes others' rights. Destination URLs, profile content, and NFC programming must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
NFC products & hardware
Physical products (cards, bands, dots, displays, and related devices) are subject to shipping, warranty, and return terms stated at purchase. You are responsible for lawful deployment of NFC destinations and for keeping product inventory assignments accurate.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew according to your billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise stated in your order form.
Intellectual property
Tap Genieus and its licensors own the platform software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap Genieus is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
